This application is for a 12-month membership. Membership costs £55 per month for 12 months, plus a one-off £100 joining fee. Alternatively, you can pay £700 upfront, including the joining fee. Submitting this form does not commit you to joining, but please only apply if you understand and are comfortable with these costs.
