By accessing or using our website, booking services, or visiting our venue, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. General Use of the Website

This website is owned and operated by Four Seasons Fisheries.

All content, images, and materials are for informational purposes and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Bookings and Payments

Bookings for accommodation, venue hire, or fishing access must be made via our website or by contacting us directly.

Full or partial payment may be required to secure a booking, as stated at the time of booking.

Cancellations and refund policies will be communicated clearly during the booking process.

We reserve the right to cancel or amend bookings in the case of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or alternative date.
3. Venue and Accommodation Use

Guests are expected to respect the property, grounds, and fellow visitors.

Any damage caused may result in additional charges.

Smoking is not permitted inside any buildings.

Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight unless agreed otherwise.​
4. Liability

We are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings while on-site, unless caused by our proven negligence.

Use of the site and its facilities is at your own risk.
5. Privacy

Fishery Rules (Members)
All anglers fish at Four Seasons Fisheries at their own risk.
Micro Barbed hooks to be used. Pallatrax Grips are also acceptable.
Your equipment is your responsibility. Four Seasons Fisheries accepts no responsibility for your equipment and/or vehicles.
All anglers are asked to sign in at www.4slogbook.co.uk upon arrival. Anyone fishing and not signed in will be given a strike.
You are allowed one non-fishing guest with you, this must be your partner/spouse you’re your child (14 and Under). All guests not staying over night must have left site by 7pm. Your mates are not allowed to visit.
As a member you are responsible for any guests behaviour and your membership will be impacted accordingly if necessary.
All anglers must have a carp care kit in their tackle at all times.
No nuts of any sort are to be used, flavourings are allowed.
All anglers must have their own 42-inch landing net as well as an adequate landing mat. If you are unsure of your mat then please let us know and we will advise before fishing.
No artificial baits of any type to be used.
For the safety of all fish, rubber tubing or leaders must be used and carp care applied to all fish caught.
“Sensible rigs” must be used at all times. The lead on all rigs must be able to eject easily in the event of line breakage.
Swimming, use of the boat and wading are prohibited.
No one is permitted to order “take away” from any establishment, to be delivered to site after 10pm.
All anglers must observe a three-rod limit at all times.
No rods are to be left unattended.
Anglers must hold a valid EA Rod License.
All fish must be returned as quickly and safely as possible. No fish are to be sacked at any time unless a Bailiff says otherwise. This would only be for fish health reasons.
All cars must be parked either in the carpark at the main entrance or in the car park next to Newtons Match Lake.
Cars are to be kept off the grass at all times.
Anglers must behave responsibly with regards to the intake of alcohol on the bank.
We operate a zero-tolerance policy on all drugs.
Anglers are permitted to enter the site from 7am onwards. We ask all anglers not staying overnight to have left by 9pm.
All anglers staying overnight must have arrived by 9pm. No one is allowed to enter site after this time except in emergencies.
No loud music etc.
1 dog per angler is permitted (please clean up any mess) and must be on a lead at all times.
We have a bin by the main entrance for all litter, please use it.
No weapons of any kind are permitted on site.
Each member is allowed to fish a maximum of 72hours in any one session. They may change peg (please inform a bailiff) but are not permitted to change lake. 72 hours must be left between each fishing session regardless of its length. If returning to the same peg fished on the previous session then 96 hours must have been left between sessions
Each member has an allowance of one full week on each lake per calendar year. A minimum of one week must be left between these.
We reserve the right to close any and all lakes at any time, this will only be done when/ if absolutely necessary: - netting, stocking, treatment etc.
Our Facebook group page is to be used by members only. We appreciate a bit of banter just like anyone else but no bullying or badmouthing will be tolerated.
We operate a 3-strike rule. Break a rule, get a strike. 3 strikes and your membership is cancelled immediately. We reserve the right to cancel anyone's membership immediately without using the three strike rule under extreme circumstances
A charge of £5 will be made to the member to cover administrative costs should a direct debit payment fail.
If a member is seen to fail direct debit payments repeatedly their membership will be cancelled immediately.
If a members direct debit fails he/she will not be able to fish until the payment is settled.
We reserve the right to alter these rules at any time, but assure you we will let you know.
